10th Outpost of Town Residential opened in just 3 years

Within just 5 years, the fast-growing real estate brokerage firm Town Residential has opened its 10th outpost in Manhattan. The company started its operation 5 years ago. The new office will help them access to wide range of the residents in the area.


Andrew Heiberger founded the company in 2010. Andrew is also the CEO of the enterprise. The CEO told that the new office would greatly help their brokers to have an appointment with their client. He also noted that the new office is just a few blocks away from the story-high park.


Town Residential has leased the 446 W. 14th St’s entire second floor of 7,100 square feet. The deal has made for 15 years of tenure. The new office has a 16 feet ceilings and a private roof deck on the top floor of the building. Mr. Heiberger has worked hard to build the TOWN brand as a hub for high-end sales. The new space will be designed to attract the brokers also.

Mr. Heiberger also stated that the new site has designed having outdoor space to meet their clients and this unique design will help them to differentiate them from others. He also noted that their 45 Horatio St. office of West Village will be relocated to the new office. He also proudly announced that the famous brokerage house Thomas & Ingram will join Town Residential and move to the new location as well. The Thomas & Ingram is a specialized brokerage that focuses on sales deals in the west village.


The surrounding area of the new office located at the main entrance to the High Line. It is considered as the epicenter of one of the attractive residential places of the city. The area is rapidly growing, and thus more condo building is about to spread up along the park.

Mr. Heiberger told that he imagine the whole west side as one continuous band of neighborhoods and this office will cover them all sitting in the middle. He also stated that the new office would also cover the area of Hudson Yards downtown to TriBeCa.



However, Mr. Heiberger didn’t disclose the rents of the new deal for 446 W. 14th St. but the regular price of the area for commercial spaces are $90 per square foot or lower. It is anticipated that the place will be grown as an attractive location for retailers and tenants.
