Tammy Mazzocco is a professional real estate sales agent in Central Ohio who specializes in residential sales. She started her career as a secretary, but would up in sales when she experienced several people she knew doing well in that niche.
She laughingly recalls that at first she was very shy when it came to asking people about their finances. She thought that was their private business, but she didn’t realize that she needed that information to be able to help the client.
Tammy Mazzocco has been able to mold her business into a fine-tuned machine by adhering to certain activities that get specific results. Things such as knowing what the most profitable activities are and concentrating on those things.
For example, the most profitable activity is being in the field with prospective home buyers as opposed to spending lots of time in the office doing busy work. The office work is delegated, so Tammy can spend her time appropriately.
Tammy says that the biggest thrill she gets in the real estate business is helping a family find the home of their dreams. Working with a family for a week or so is one of the great opportunities of the business and when it works a special transformation takes place.

Tammy also is very organized and keeps very good records all in one place by using a piece of software called “Follow Up Boss.” It is very easy to use and she organizes all of the stages that her customers are in, which is necessary in order to stay in touch with them.
